We have recently changed electrical suppliers to Cuplas, we have found that the sales support is absolutely second to none, the orders are placed and within 1 to 2 days all of the equipment/parts are delivered to our factory.  I find Cuplas are the most cost effective supplier who always deliver on time to a very high standard and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommended their services to other companies without hesitation.
